As you step out onto our sunny balcony and wonder at the panorama of wooded valley and distant green meadows, you will be viewing the England of story books - the England of dreams. Whether you are visiting from overseas or taking a break from your own part of the UK, a visit to Devon is highly recommended. There is so much to see and do - steam trains, National Trust Properties, beautiful gardens, beaches, moorland - all on our doorstep.

You will soon feel the magic of Chipley Farm, for there is surely something special about this little corner of Devon.  We are very close to Dartmoor National Park, the coast, walking, shopping, golf, riding, fishing, galleries, antiques, and wildlife.  Listen to the songbirds, enjoy the flowers, and recharge your batteries. 

The home of Fred and Louisa Westcott Fred is a farmer and Louisa an artist, and we look forward to welcoming you into our home. Exeter, Plymouth, Totnes, Torquay, Brixham, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Tavistock, are all very close. Come and visit us in our Devon B&B just outside Newton Abbot.
